Fifteen years of co-creation with SEB Kort

Five markets, 30 co-brands, 300 separate target groups. We’re on a mission to provide SEB Kort with services for its entire digital ecosystem, with data and analytics at its foundation.

The challenge

From reinvention to relaunch

SEB Kort has a leading market position in corporate cards, payment solutions and travel administration in the Nordic countries, focusing on Eurocard Corporate Cards. They’re also among the top five largest issuers of Mastercard co-brands in Europe.

We provide SEB Kort with digital services that are at the forefront of the company’s entire digital ecosystem. We create websites that increase and improve user experience. We also implement digital development and strategy, measurable content, SEO, SEM and analytics – all to ensure that digital touchpoints are connected throughout the customer journey.

A milestone project we worked on was the reinvention and relaunch of eurocard.com. The previous website focused on individual products with many different services. Together, we wanted to develop a new customer journey and a user experience that would provide a clear and efficient offering structure of services and features.

The solution

From product-driven to value-driven

We were part of the whole journey – from creating a concept, to the data and analytics. We built and developed the new website, and created and optimized content which was adapted to different markets.

A vital part of the content creation was our Marketing Technology team who continuously worked on improving the SEO ranking and purchased media. They also worked continuously with analysis and data for the future development and optimization of the content.

We also shifted Eurocard.com from five sites in five languages to one site in five languages – all with data and analysis at its foundation.
